Why is signing in to fb8 safe?
Many people wonder about logging in to an online gaming platform — will my information stay safe? fb8 answers that question through action. Our login system is built on internationally recognised security technology.
Bank-grade SSL encryption is active during every login session. This means your password and mobile number are fully encrypted before they are transmitted over the internet, making it impossible for any third party to read them.
How to Keep Your Account Secure After Logging In
Fb8 has put every safeguard in place to protect your account, but a little caution on your end goes a long way. Small habits can keep your account 100% secure.
- Use a strong password — mix uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
- Never share your password with anyone — fb8 Support will never ask for it either.
- Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi whenever possible.
- Always keep 2-Factor Authentication enabled.
- Always log out at the end of each session.
What to do if you forget your password
Forgetting your password happens to everyone. Resetting it on fb8 is straightforward. Click "Forgot your password?" on the login page — an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Use the OTP to set a new password. The whole process takes under 3 minutes.
What to do if your account is locked
Multiple consecutive incorrect password attempts will temporarily lock your account — this is done to protect you. To unlock it, contact fb8's 24/7 live chat support. The issue is typically resolved within minutes.
Warning: fb8 will never ask for your password by email or message. If you receive such a request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to fb8 Support immediately.
fb8's security systems are independently audited by third parties on an annual basis — your data is completely safe.
