Fb8 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online gaming service operating under an international license. By accessing and using this Platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.
• Deposits are generally instant; bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.

• Deposits from third-party names are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300.
• Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Each withdrawal request is processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Large withdrawals (over BDT 50,000) may require additional verification.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if you have an active bonus.

Fb8 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. By accepting these bonuses, the following terms will apply.

• All bonuses come with wagering requirements — typically 20x to 50x the bonus amount credited.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Every bonus has an expiry date; any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires.
• The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Wagering requirements also apply to winnings earned from free spins.
• Fb8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

Bonus Abuse

Fb8 uses an advanced bonus management system capable of detecting bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse:

• Claiming the same bonus using multiple accounts.
• Using only bonus balance on low-risk games to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.
• Coordinating with friends or family members to claim bonuses.

• If a match is cancelled after a bet has been accepted, the stake will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fb8. Violations may result in immediate account closure and legal action.

• Using automated bots or scripts to play games.

• Colluding with other members to win games.
• Defrauding others by impersonating fb8.
• Attempting to hack or launch malware attacks on the platform.
• Using abusive or harassing language toward other members.

Fb8 may temporarily or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances.

• If evidence of involvement in prohibited activities is found.
• Registering with a false identity or providing inaccurate information.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If bonus abuse is confirmed.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Appeal Process

If your account is closed, you may appeal by contacting customer support. Appeals may take up to 7 business days to review. The outcome of an appeal is considered fb8's final decision.
